Chris: Salut Sandra. J’essaie d’organiser une réunion sur les nouveaux chiffres des ventes. Quand es-tu disponible ?

Chris: Hi Sandra. I'm just trying to schedule a meeting about the new sales figures. When are you free?

Sandra: Laisse-moi regarder mon agenda... Mercredi prochain, c’est bon pour moi.

Sandra: Let me just check my diary. ... Wednesday next week is good.

Chris: D’accord. Que penses-tu de 14 h 00 mercredi ?

Chris: Ok. How about 2pm on Wednesday afternoon?

Sandra: Euh, non j’ai une autre réunion. Mais je suis disponible de 15 h 00 à 17 h 00.

Sandra: Umm, no I have another meeting then. But I'm available from 3pm to 5pm.

Chris: Super. Je vais inviter Rob et Fumi aussi. Qui d’autre devrais-je prévenir ?

Chris: Great. I'll invite Rob and Fumi too. Who else should I invite?

Sandra: Peut-être Kristina ? Est-ce qu’on a réservé une salle de réunion ?

Sandra: Maybe Kristina? Do we have a room booked?

Chris: Pas encore. Je vais réserver la grande salle tout de suite.

Chris: Not yet. I'll book the big meeting room now.
